Friends of the Alamo has been an outstanding success in garnering support from not just the San Antonio community but from fans worldwide. We've got supporters in the UK, Africa, Asia, and down to the farthest tip of South America where the legacy of the historical battle and this monument has been shared and retold time and time again.

Some of our members on the Facebook community have asked to meet myself and Dianne personally and this weekend we want to offer you that opportunity. We'll be in the Alamo Plaza on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10-12 pm. We'll be handing out information that you can use to pass out to your friends and help us grow our cause to create a permanent endowment for the long term preservation of the Alamo.

We've got some pretty amazing events planned in the near future and we'll be sharing those announcements over on our Facebook Page where many of you have graciously shared your opinions, knowledge, and have even had amazing debates educating a lot of us along the way.
